Stephany Ann is a survivor of narcissistic abuse and has experienced relationship trauma through two marriages to narcissists. Stephany intimately understands the depths of emotional pain, isolation, and self-doubt thats comes with such experiences. Her journey from victimhood to victory is truly awe-inspiring, fueled by an unwavering belief in the incredible capacity of the human spirit for healing and growth. Stephany has expertise as an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, and has discovered the incredible power of this modality in releasing emotional blockages, eliminating self-sabotaging patterns, and cultivating a life filled with joy, balance, and self-empowerment. To add, she draws from her experience as an attorney, to provide invaluable insights into dealing with a narcissist in court. Her expertise in navigating the legal system while facing the challenges of narcissistic trauma adds a unique perspective to her transformative journey. As a dedicated mom to three boys, Stephany understands the importance of healing and breaking free from the cycle of abuse for the sake of future generations. Her personal experiences as a parent further enrich her ability to connect with others and guide them on healing from narcissistic abuse.
