In this episode, "The Emotional Scale System: A Guide into the Mastery of Ourselves, goes into depth regarding Abraham-Hicks "The Emotional Scale System." Processing emotions either in a high vibration or a low vibration and moving up the scale. How does this relate to manifesting our dreams? Stepping outside of ourselves and doing the work to process your emotions. If we were to all master this or at least try to master this we as a symbiotic group of individuals would evolve. Emotional maturity makes our lives rich and fulfilling. To reach joy and happiness we have to study our emotions on a daily basis, acknowledging the emotions, learning from them instead of acting on them. This will create a more empathic human being and you can truly delight in the rhythm of life.
