No, You Don't Have to Give Up Everything From Your Diet
Fitness is by-in-large as much mental as it is physical. And we often get sidetracked by fears of not being able to eat our favorite foods or thinking we can only eat “rabbit food”.
That’s simply not true, but if you search the Internet you’ll find lists upon lists of foods you shouldn’t eat if you want to lose weight and be healthy. Avoid this, never eat that, carbs are bad, fat is evil, oh no, never eat eggs. GMOs? Don’t even think about it.
If you were to follow all the advice, there wouldn’t be much left for you to eat. So, let’s push past the headlines and take a look at what you can eat.
