Paying attention to equity in education and training will help you to diversify and empower the workforce entering your healthcare organization.
Dr. Scott Michael shares the challenges to equity in healthcare training that have an outsized impact on trainees from marginalized backgrounds. He recently joined Lyra Health and is excited to share about Lyra’s innovative work to create a BIPOC Social Worker fellowship training program.
