What better way to start the year and this podcast than with this one key concept I know will make this a better year for us. I just love a fresh start to incorporate healthy habits and self-improvement into my routines! And here is one resolution I dedicate every day of this year to standing by... and what is this resolution you ask?

Gratitude journaling! The one thing that I know will make you a happier and healthier you this year. I know from experience that is has improved my life, my relationships, so why not make this a priority for my own health.
