Shift work is disruptive to your health. The studies continue to prove it. But shift work also makes the world go round. So how do shift workers maintain their health, focus on their nutrition while working with disrupted sleep patterns, chopping and changing and a high pressure environment?
We talk with Coach Kait who is a paramedic and coach to talk with the boys on how we can continue to progress and look after our physical and mental well-being and to give some tips and tricks around nutrition, training and stress to ensure you keep working towards your goals even if you are working nights or rotational rosters.
