Darcy Budworth, Founder of TAKE THE BRIDGE™, is an all-around bada$$ athlete, interior designer full-time, and a figure in the running community who creates a safe space for running to be accessed, competitive, and fun. It's important to chase aggressive goals with others doing the same but to keep training fun and varied. TAKE THE BRIDGE™ allows runners from all walks of life to run across bridges throughout various cities and race within their local communities together in unsanctioned races with unparalleled energy to any road race there ever was, IMO.
