In this meditation we feel into the Third Eye to explore what "Awakening" means for us. For some it is a big Aha! moment that can be life changing but for most it is a gradual shift in consciousness that opens us up to our Higher Self, our inner truth, to connectivity with the wider world and engenders deep compassion and empathy. As we work out how to be in this ever shifting and challenging world, this core of awareness supports and serves us. It also spreads into the world more love, more understanding and raises the common vibration. The more that we can do this - spread this sense of awakening - the better for society, for the Earth and for the collective consciousness. We start with ourselves and let the ripples spread...
