What would it be like to NOT have to sit in the salon chair every 8 or so weeks to get your roots covered? What would it be like to flip a big middle finger at society's view about what makes a woman beautiful? While I'm a coach, speaker and writer about all things midlife - I'm also going through the unknown of it in real time and right now, I'm about to embark on a mission to answer all these questions and more. So I'm starting a special sub-section of the podcast called Gray Hair Adventures (GHA) where I'll be chronicalling my experiences, interviewing those that have gone before me, those on the fence and those that say "no way to the gray".
