Scott Osman is the CEO of the 100 Coaches Agency, which he co-founded with Marshall Goldsmith in 2016. He’s also the cofounder of Methods by 100 Coaches, the online learning platform, and publishes a great LinkedIn newsletter called Insights from 100 Coaches. He has a fascinating background, from marketing to the movies – I can’t wait to learn more.

Jacquelyn Lane is the President of the 100 Coaches Agency, with them since the start and committed to improving the lives of people through elevating the quality of leadership. An engineer by training, she cut her teeth in the oil industry before transitioning into leadership development.

Scott and Jacquelyn have co-authored a new book together with Marshall Goldsmith called ‘Becoming Coachable’, a book that guides readers through the ins and outs of a successful coaching experience. You might have heard Marshall back in Episode 36 of The Unlock Moment – bookmark that for later.
