Jess Stuart is a well renowned event speaker, author and coach who works with women to realise their potential by helping them find more time for themselves, so they focus on what really matters to them and build resilience to beat overwhelm and keep calm in the midst of chaos.

Jess started her career in Senior HR roles and spent a decade in the corporate world, before deciding there was a calling for her beyond what she was doing, so left her role to decide what that was.

Jess is now an author of two books and in the process of writing a third. The latest of which, Like A Girl, is designed to help women unlock their potential and thrive at life. Giving practical advice and tips for building resilience, leveraging strengths whilst navigating fear, getting over self-doubt and mastering the art of balance.
