Megan Gallagher is a 2x TEDx Speaker, #1 Best-Selling Author, and mental health advocate for teens. Growing up, Megan struggled with chronic anticipatory anxiety, body image issues, low self-esteem and panic attacks. She constantly craved a place at her school where she could have an open dialogue about mental health, self-care and following your passions- yet she assumed that she was the only teenager experiencing these issues!
