One thing I think everyone in the world needs right now is some hope. Hope that we can deal with whatever our lives or the world throws at us. Hope that we will find the best way forward. Hope that we have the strength and determination to get there.

Like many in the world right now I struggle with hope sometimes. I often think if what I’m doing is having an impact. I sometimes think hope perhaps is lost. But then… I think about why we MUST have hope. We must have a strong WHY. When we have a strong why, everything else will follow and, yes - hope will be restored! You’ll find out how I have kept hope in my own coeliac and gluten free life and how I am doing my best to share that hope with you to improve your gluten free life too!
