Would U agree that fitness is the ONLY industry that U can get to a goal be excited about it completion, but it still requires more of U to get to the next level? Yeah LOL. We often do not realize that is where the phrase "Make exercise/fitness a LIFESTYLE, " comes from. U have to ALWAYS improve yourself, because your body changes every year and there is always something new to learn. Hence why different fitness goals require different training styles.
