Overview:
In this episode, I share a unique lens on the phases I believe make up the emotional healing journey. I vulnerably share my awkward history with my feelings and how that forced me to be extensive in the range of healing modalities I explored. I finish by sharing a massive blindspot that 90%+ of people doing the work have that completely blocks them from alchemising their emotions. So, if you are new to emotional work, you’ll be super thoroughly set up for success and if you’re already experienced, this will most likely give you the subtle nuance that will make all the difference.
