Hi! And, WELCOME BACK! It's Rhonda The GOOD Influence - HER. I am thrilled to be back. I had a nice restful break. I hope you did too. A lot of great things happened as I kept making those incremental steps. I wrote a book. YUP! It is the first edition of this podcast, "The GOOD Influence - HER, "The Unbreakable Person." And, after this season is complete, I will add this second season for the second edition to the book and so on. I like taking small steps...(laugh.) The book only costs $5 bucks and 10% goes to AFSP - The AMERICAN FOUNDATION FOR SUICIDE PREVENTION. The GOOD Influence-HER - is a "GIVE BACK PARTNER" for the Orange County California Chapter. And, I want to give a shoutout to those positive people and say "#duckduckHope".
In Season One, we covered a lot of ground by taking small steps, transforming painful experiences into the best part of our lives by applying Wabi Sabi & Kinstsugi, salutations, detaching and doing nothing, and accomplishing our goals with the metaphor "a pile of laundry" to keep things really really really simple. And, we also climbed to the peak of a pyramid, Maslow's Pyramid of Needs.
So, now on to Season Two....The title or themes of Season Two seem wicked as I read them back to myself, "The Seven Deadly Sins and The Four Agreements." But, not at all (giggle.) I want to talk about "What makes us react and respond?" Specifically, about the way we express ourselves, the way we talk about ourselves basically shows and tells others how insecure we are. I am hoping to get you to see what you say and how you say it creates your reality.
I want to show you how what you say directs people to direct "your reality." This is big...so let's get busy talking about that...here we go.
