As the weeks go on through Covid19, the temperature of the economy, the real estate market in specific and those who work within it, along with the emotions are changing quickly.
We started with fear and the unknown, we then went into uncertainty, to cabin fever, and now that we realize this isn't ending as quickly as we all would have hoped, many are going into survival mode, with some pulling way back, and others adding more fuel to their fire.

He is the Broker/Owner of Re/max Ultimate in Toronto, and has been in the Real Estate Industry for 31yrs,
He has served on the Board of Directors at both TREB, and OREA, and has also served as President of the Toronto Real Estate Board in 2017/2018.
Having won numerous achievement awards from Re/max International, he has also been featured on numerous media interviews as an industry leader, and visionary.
