We are stoked to have our first international podcast guest on the SOF Pod today, Sasha Cochrane.
Sasha was an intern at Science of Fitness back in 2019 and has now returned to apply his knowledge that he has learnt while interning overseas in American College, University of Iowa with their American Football team, and in the UK with, Leicester Riders basketball team.
We discuss the cut throat and disciplined nature of the American College sports system and what he is going to apply to the Athletic Performance Program here at SOF and for his future endeavours.
