Today I interview 32 year old Kelsey Card from Bend, Oregon. After getting sick with numerous chronic illness syndromes while eating a standard american diet, she started to do research, incorporate more plant foods in her diet and becoming vegan. From that point she has healed many of her issues and continues to heal with the focus on raw living foods with a high amount of fruits.
