Dr. Elie Jarrouge is a returning guest on our show! Check out his first appearance on episode 133 of Boundless Body Radio!
Dr. Elie Jarrouge is a medically trained hospitalist and had worked in hospital medicine from 2013 until 2022, when he started working at his own practice full-time. Dr. Jarrouge has seen firsthand the advanced complications of chronic metabolic diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, NAFLD, heart disease, stroke, dementia, and autoimmune disease.
After watching conventional treatments for chronic disease fail his patients for many years, and after suffering from his own health issues, he decided to do his own research and blaze his own path. He realized that the treatment is not more pills but rather fix the root cause, which revolves around food. He eventually used a low carbohydrate lifestyle with his own health to lose 35 Ibs, reverse his hypertension and insulin resistance, and cure his lower back pain.
He now helps people reclaim their health by coaching them through lifestyle changes and helps deprescribe medications. He currently practices medicine remotely via telemedicine!
