Vinnie Tortorich is an author, radio and podcast host, fitness trainer, former model, filmmaker, and international motivational speaker. After he moved from New Orleans to Los Angeles, he quickly became a top celebrity trainer.
As an author, he wrote a best-selling children’s book, titled Monty, and in July 2013, Vinnie released his second bestselling book called Fitness Confidential. The book was written with Dean Lorey and covers Vinnie’s “no sugar no grains” approach to healthy eating.
His podcast Fitness Confidential is one of the longest running and highest rated fitness podcasts on Apple.
He has made three fantastic films, FAT: A Documentary, FAT: A Documentary 2, Beyond Impossible, all about fake meat companies, and Dirty Keto, which is his most recent film that we will be discussing today.
