You have ALL of the power. It's only if you think you don't that affects your life negatively. You may have been taught you don't have the power to think your own thoughts, use your agency any way you see fit (within the law), or have your needs met. You may think you owe others your time, attention, and emotional support. But, if you're not growing, you're not using your time, talents, and gifts to improve your own life and that of others. You might not even be aware that you have needs. If not, it's time to begin considering them.
